Booking rules
1) We accept online bookings only after prepayment of the entire rate.
2) Changes to bookings: Any changes to an existing booking can be requested by email to:info@lascerapositano.com. Refund requests will not be accepted for duplicate bookings.
3 In case of adverse weather conditions, we recognize the following options:
- issue of a discount code through which you can book for another date, subject to availability
or
- in case of impossibility of use of the beach club services, a voucher of the same amount may be issued in order to have food and drinks at l’Incanto to be consumed on the same day; credit cannot be redeemed on a different day than booked
or
-may be requested to move to another date, within 48 hours before the booked day, subject to availability.
4) Services included: one bottle of water, personalized towels and individually bagged, free and unlimited use of hot and cold showers, wi fi.
5) For safety reasons and to protect their safety, children under 12 years are allowed only in the Superior section, on the beach. They can access for free up to the age of 4. After that age group they pay the full rate.
6) It is allowed to book an extra bed to a couple of sunbeds only in the superior area, selecting an umbrella equipped with 3 sunbeds.

Beach club rules
1) Our services can only be used during the opening hours of the beach club (from 9:30 to 19:00)
2) Access to the beach club and the use of beach furniture is not allowed after 19:00.
3) Beach equipment (umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, etc. cannot be brought into the beach club. It’s also forbidden to lay beach towels on the ground.
4) Animals of any species may not be introduced into the beach club even if they are muzzled or leashed.
5) Waste must be placed in separate collection containers. It is forbidden to deposit them even momentarily anywhere else.
6) It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or other waste on the shore. For cigarette butts, kindly customers are invited to use the appropriate ashes under the umbrella.
7) In all the beaches, behind the directives of the Harbour Authorities, it is forbidden to play football, rackets or other games that can obviously disturb the swimmers in particular on the shoreline.
8) The management of the beach club is not liable for objects and values generally left in the cabins, under the parasol and in the changing rooms or otherwise unattended.
9) The customer must comply with the provisions laid down by this Regulation and by the regulations in force on bathing establishments, exposed at the entrance of the establishment. Non-compliance with the rules will result in the offender being removed from the same.
10) The adoption by the customer of behaviors that may create disturbance or cause damage will result in immediate removal from the establishment subject to complaint to the Public Safety Authority and a claim for compensation for any damage suffered.
